Im assuming its a two way deal. If so should be a good vetran presence in WBS and a decent call up if needed.

35 so likely used to add some experience and help the younger guys on WBS and at Pittsburgh.

Good for Parky, although I thought he signed a three year deal in Switzerland (guess he must have had an out clause).

I was going to ask why PIT signed him and didn't just offer him a tryout, but this makes sense.

The Pens bottom 6 is more like a bottom 13. Its good to have players fight for jobs I guess.

I always liked Parks speed and "puck get". Now the Pens have to get Dave Roche and Chris Wells to start the season.

Back to the team he started his career with, so good for Park. He was always a serviceable bottom 6 winger with leadership qualities. I'm not sure how his game is now compared to when he was in the league last though. It looks like he put up 15-19-34 in 47 GP. Has anyone kept track of him while he's been in Europe?

I think if he can still play like he did a year ago when he was with the Islanders that he definitely has a chance to compete for a spot in Pittsburgh. I wouldn't rule him out making the roster. I like what Park brings over Jason Williams personally. At the very least he has a legit shot at being the 13th forward.

Pittsburgh has to be the only team in the league to have two players from Korea play for their team (Park and Jim Paek), right?

Park was really bad his last year on the Island. Hopefully he turns it around and has a good year in Pittsburgh.

Like Kevin said, he's the man.

I doubt he sees much time in Pittsburgh apart from pre-season, Pens have a ton of bottom 6 depth and Park can provide good leadership in WBS.

If he makes the big club, and I hope he does he will bring some threat to the PK he can burry some shorties and is a good PK'er. Will add good depth to the bottom 6 and if hes in WBS will bring some good leadership
