i get that...but the amount that my cable keeps going up with extra fees is getting out of hand...
I am not going to say dont switch its your pocket, but know that once the current contracts ATT has with the channels are done they will be going up also and you should call TW and tell them your are thinking of switching and ask if there have any deals they have to help you stay
I have TW for internet, DirecTV for TV. Can't complain about either.
I've also had WOW for internet. Can't complain about either, really. I suspect most complaints people have with their ISPs is more related to the equipment they have vs the ISP. but then again, I'm an IT guy, so I tend to have an easier time managing my stuff....

I have DirecTV and Wow for the cable/phone. I had everything with Wow and by the time my bill was up to 160, I said enough is enough. Between the two, now I pay 120 and get much better TV (when I left WOW in April of this year they had maybe 30 HD channels, at most)
thinking of dropping Time Warner for U-Verse...anyone have an opinion?
U-Verse did a price doubling bait-and-switch on us after the promo period ended ("oh, yeah, the price you were going to be paying after the promo? It's gone up."), so, yeah. Those companies? They're all jerks. They don't care; they don't have to.
We're presently on WOW, in case it matters.

Switched from TW to U-Verse a little over a year ago, I like it much better and it is cheaper (at least for me). There is no deal that TW could make to get me to switch back

Anyone else at Foo Fighters last night? That was a great, great show.
I was in 112, awesome show. I am a big fan of their music anyways, but the live show was so much fun. No pyro, no smoke, just lots of energy and good music. Realy enjoyed the acoustic part of the encore and how they brought the band back in midway through Times Like These. Grohl and Hawkins (drummer) make for an entertaining pair.
On the downside, I thought Rise Against was terrible, maybe due to the sound mix.
Hubby works for TW and they are a Championship Partner for your Columbus Blue Jackets
