Ilta-Sanomat reached Jaroslavl's FInnish goalie coach Jorma Valtonen who was not on flight. More to follow.

Wow, I can't believe this, what a bad summer, for hockey, it's fans and relatives to those who've passed.

Best wishes to all the families hit by this devastating tragedy.

Hopefully this is the last one for quite some time.

I hear it's now 34 members killed and three survivors...but still this is horrible. Most tragic offseason ever.

I think it happened back in the 50's to a Soviet team. It also happened to a college football team in the States (We Are Marshall was a movie based off of it).

Alexander Galimov survived the crash, but apparently is in grave condition.

No status update on the crew member who survived yet.

Riley Armstrong, despite reports, was NOT on the flight. Confirmed via his twitter.

There is apparently another survivor. Named unknown at this time.
