Just out of curiosity, what happened to Avtsin and Leblanc because they were supposed to play tonight against the Stars with team A and they're not in the lineup anymore. Do they have injuries or were they sent down?

I know Leblanc hasn't been cleared for contact yet, so he's obviously not playing tonight. Not sure about Avtsin, maybe JM just decided not to play him tonight, but to play him instead tomorrow. I don't think there's actual "Teams" like the scrimmages for the pre-season.

Tonight's line-up

Does anyone know the line-up for tonight, with numbers the players will be wearing? Thanks in advance.

It isn't really an insult though. Just a statement that he feels it's a poor decision and is glad they aren't the ones making the decisions.

It might be the brutal honest truth but it isn't really an insult.

The other thing that frustrates me about Pierre is that he uses the word "factor" all the time. A player doesn't have size or is not big. They have size factor. Geez, he just tries too hard to seem intelligent.
He said the Habs should have taken Brule. He never brought up Kopitar and the habs until about 3 years after the draft.

Got this from RDS, looks like 12 forwards and 6 D for tonight

Here is the line-up according to Habs Inside out:

Goaltenders: Price and Nathan Lawson
Defencemen: Yemelin, Raphael Diaz, Hal Gill, Jarred Tinordi, Yannick Weber, Jeff Woywitka,
Forwards: Cole, Alain Berger, Michael Blunden, Michael Cammalleri, Andreas Engqvist, Andrei Kostitsyn, Dany Massé, Aaron Palushaj, Tomas Plekanec, Ian Schultz, Brock Trotter and Brian Willsie.

Numbers you can probably find on the camp list from team website.

My uneducated guess:

Cammy - Pleks – Cole
Kostitsyn – Engqvist – Palushaj
Willsie - Trotter - Blunden
Berger - Masse - Schultz

Gill – Weber
Tinordi - Emelin
Woywitka – Diaz

Price
Lawson

Trotter and Engqvist are interchangeable IMO

But boy do we have a lot of right-handed shots!

I think it should (will) be:

Cammalleri - Plekanec – Cole
Kostitsyn – Trotter – Palushaj
Berger - Engqvist - Blunden
Willsie - Masse - Schultz

Gill – Weber
Tinordi - Emelin
Woywitka – Diaz

Price
Lawson

It's been an issue in Montreal for a few years now...good to see they've got some players in the organization coming up who are right-handed.

I know it seems like a small detail...but it matters IMO.

Per MAG: Les trios à l'entraînement du CH:

Cole-Plekanec-Cammalleri, Kostitsyn-Willsie-Palushaj, Trotter-Engqvist-Blunden, Berger-Schultz-Massé

En défense: Gill-Tinordi, Diaz-Weber et Woywitka-Emelin
