I think people are being way too hard on Thomas...yes I wish he was putting up points but he's certainly not been as bad as some people are making him out to be.

Well not really. But the kid is good. Hes really impressing me.. well.. everyone. Whats the chance Bourque makes the team. And how good can he be.

How about that crafty title! (not really)

I remember reading posters saying the Rangers should move Bourque in a deal, errrrrrrrr not so fast. in 2 yrs this guy is a full time 3rd/4th line spark plug.

I think its smart to let Thomas crush the OHL again, Hagelin starts in the minors but you can tell he will be a good 3rd line guy.

Erixon is going to make the team if he keeps this up

Bourque may just defy the odds against him and become a player like Callahan.

Really thought this would be a close game cause of Campbell.

Why rush him? Id prefer they keep him in the minors for at least another season, and try to get him to gain at least 15 pounds. Id feel much more comfortable with him playing at 180+ rather than the 165 or so he is now.

Hes only 20, not like him not making the NHL until 21 or 22 is some massive waste of time.

It's not another season, he was in the QMJHL last year. Next year he should be in Hartford.

To me he is underrated by a lot of people here. I like his game. If he can stay healthy he is an NHLer for sure.

For those who wondering, both Bourque and Audy-Marchessault played together in the last couple years.

He has been very impressive and I hope he makes the team out of camp. He reminds me of Cally a lot

Thomas isnt ready for the NHL. One day yes, but not now. No need to rush him.

If it was the goal through Campbell's 5-hole, then it was the 5 on 3. If not, then does he have a hat-trick?

Maybe it is the camera angle, but these games have seemed very back-and-forth with many forecheckers.

Anyone else see that? Thomas was hit maybe late along the blue line and McIlrath came over and one handed the guy who did it and said something to him. Love it
