Another satisfying victory! Bourque really impressed this game, don't think I can say anything bad about anyone.

Loved the play of Miller tonight - can't wait to see what he does in Plymouth this year

Concussions concern me add to the fact that he's small to begin with. He's still a long way to becoming an NHL player.

How about that crafty title! (not really)
you can say the same for Thomas and Erixon. All 3 look like they can eventually make it

I would give Erixon oh the preseason to make it, lol. Thomas maybe next yr but likely 2 yrs and Bourque 2 yrs as well

next on the F to make list is Hagelin once Avery, Feds, EC are off the books

how about Parlett. Girardi the 2nd? being not drafted and all

btw the guys named above and Miller are the only ones I expect to make the Rangers. The others are more long shots. Maybe Stajcer can become a backup

"What can you do specifically to be better in net?"

"Stop more pucks"

This kid is for real

yea he did alot better today. I remember saying I was going to watch his next shift and then he and Hagelin kept the puck in the offensive zone on their whole shift

Yeah I agree he has stuff to work on, though I'm not that worried about his "two way game". He's not great defensively but he's not terrible

Awesome game... Loved every second of it.

I think the Rangers are in the finals, no matter how they play on Tuesday... correct me if I'm wrong... http://www.pointstreak.com/prostats/...&seasonid=7679

Even if the Rangers lose to Carolina and Dallas wins, NYR won the head-to-head game vs. Dallas... again, correct me if I'm wrong

The Bourque-ster was incredible tonight. I really wish he didn't have concussion problems

How awkward would it be if Bourque pulled off a Stepan (hattrick in first NHL game) against the Bruins...

And PS both bourque and Thomas both are FAR better skaters than MZA not even close. That's how u survive at that size in this league. IMO both would be better options this year than mza.

I would be open to trying Bourque out over MZA. Invite him to camp and if he does really well, play him over MZA.

I agree.

The skill and heart are there. He has a lot going for him.

And when I mention him getting into vulnerable spots its because im concerned. I hope he can start putting on weight and strengthen his core so he can be more bullish.

Two years for him, id think. One more in Junior. One in the AHL.

Would make him an NHL rookie at the ripe old age of 21.
