Jeff Zatkoff. He played well for the Monarchs down the stretch. He does not deserve to be 10 spots below Jones.

I think everyone ignored the draft this summer. Gibson and Shore are way too low.

Shore.

Took King. How can the best LW in Manchester still be on the board?!

There's a reason why LW is the weakest position in the organization

I think Shore is right where he should be for the time being. I spent allot of time watching him this past season and even saw him play live a couple of times and while I think he has a ton of talent he lacks a certain amount of direction on how where and when to use it. His point totals bare me out a little on this but every game of his from last season can be seen on the net and I believe that if you watch 5 or 6 of his games you will see that he still has a way to go.

Definitely a low risk high reward prospect but he still has a way to go and that is what is supposed to happen with him imo.

Shore.

Don't get why people are voting for Zatkoff right now on a Kings prospect list. He's going to be a group 6 UFA after this season.

I too think that ship has sailed for Zats with us. I think he will end up somewhere getting a cup of tea but we are loaded for bear in nets and someone will have to go.

I know, but for me, in ranking prospects, part of what I look for is their probability of becoming an L.A. King. As of right now, if a LW got injured, King would be the first call-up. That already has to have some value. And, 52 points in 72 games in Manch. isn't too shabby, either.

I agree we are loaded for bear in net. The question should be; at this point is Zatkoff more than likely to get his cup of tea, with an NHL team, greater those remaining on the list. I say he will get a cup of tea and be a better NHL player then some already on the list. Hence the reason I voted for him. Zatkoff and his ship may have indeed sailed with regard to the Kings but I believe he will play in the NHL for someone at some point.

That's a fair thing to say and I agree. He has proven himself to be a very capable goalie and continues to improve. Some say his best days were in Miami but I think he has improved since then and has shown a more tenacious style down low. Good coaching is helping his game no doubt about it.

Like Holloway before them, I think it's dumb to have Cliche, Zatkoff and Czarnik on this list. They're never going to play for the Kings.

One game doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things, and I meant in the future.

I'm going to let you in on a secret:

Most of these prospects will never play for the Kings.
