That's a heck of a lineup the Sabres are icing. Assuming they have a ton of exhibitions games too, they can't field this kind of roster too often in the pre-season. Lucky us.

Yeah, that's pretty close what you'd think their final roster will be, at least for the forwards. Wow

Being that I'll be at the game.. this is awesome. However, this is pretty dumb to ice your nearly your NHL roster team. Asking for an injury or two.

Either way, I'm excited to see Luke Adam tonight.

So predictions? I say we lost 6-2. Goals coming from Gionta and Gallagher.

It's alright the sabres want to make sure that they start the season running. Very important for them to be a competitive team in the east this season. I still like our odds of giving them a good fight even though things are looking grim. I really want to see Avitsyn.

Sabres don't have much time as they are starting the year in Europe, they are leaving next week I'm guessing and pretty much want their roster as complete as possible

Oh that makes a bit more sense then. I take it back. Even though I still consider it kinda risky.

Think Habs will still win this one.. a typical sabres/habs game.. 2-1.

Any feed back on Engqvist from last night on faceoffs. We have no right handed face-off man from this season, which is a big issue. I notice Engqvist was good positional but he got kicked out of the circle a few times.

if the habs actually win this game I will have a visual orgasm. For some reason I feel optimistic about the game tonight.

LOL

Should ice Schultz, Blunden and Yemelin just to teach them a lesson.

That being said, I honestly don't think it's going to be such a massacre. Guys are going to be eager, and will be more alert to start the game than they were yesterday.

Veterans usually don't play to their limits during pre-season games, while young guys bust their ***** off as they have everything to prove.

I don't think this will be as bad as some are making it out to be. Even if they lose, the established players on either side won't give a damn. It's all fun and games for them until the actual season starts.

We have a lot of young talent on this roster. I think it will be a great game.

If anything, it's going to be a great test for the rookies.

I'd rather see how they do against a full NHL team now rather than when we need a call up when it really counts. This game is huge for them.

Who knows, maybe the adrenaline will get us over the top
