He then has one UFA year at 5.45.

If Schenn's contract doesn't buyout UFA years, it shouldn't be anymore than a caphit of 3.5 at the very most.

Thank god that's over with. A long wait and it went right to the start of camp. Glad that's done and now the focus can go towards the season.

If it is around 3.5 for 5 years that is nice. A good price for Schenn and makes him someone that doesn't have to be worried about for a few years.
