Well it's finally back... and last night's episode was a 4.39 on the Neilsen ratings... I don't get it, the Tallahassee story arc was awesome but has been the low-point of the season for ratings. Went from 5-6M viewers per epi to 4-5M.
Gonna watch the newest episode during the intermission in the Canucks-Kings game.

pretty funny episode. Some great one liner's and a great few rants from the red headed british chick.
She clearly takes over Michael Scott's role. And as much as an annoying doofus as she is, they've also started to humanize her. Andy goes back to being the frat boy from Cornell who gave up his job for the girl of his dreams.
Robert California and Nellie piss me off, this show was at its best in a while near the beginning of the season. Andy's gonna be in the next two episodes at least judging by the guide.
I really wish Andy showed some real balls and said "have fun explaining to corporate how you're hiring an entirely new regional manager, and paying my full severance as well"
^ In movies and films, I always imagine what the characters are saying and how they should say it so it doesn't screw them over. But in the end, you have to accept that the show creators create these stupid flawed characters or there wouldn't be a plot. Andy for example maybe could've gone to Oscar in terms of the pay thing and who knows.
People used to say that Pam's gotten annoying, I said nah but I agree. She used to be the somewhat sensible shy secretary and she had a good relation with Michael but she's turned a little bit ******.

He didn't have to since big boss Robert California was there
