Which FEL team actually has the best goalies? Blues's, TPS's, Tappara's and Saipa's goalkeepers don't impress me at all. Ilves has some good depth with Toskala, Wiikman and Aittokallio. I wonder how many games does Sami even get.

Helenius? I strongly disagree on that one. He's not even the best backup goaltender IMO.

Lars Voldenin did a pretty good job actually, certainly better than Koivisto. Hopefully they give him more possibilities to shine.

Blues wins JYP 1-0. Quite of start for JYP.

WTF, Myllykoski got three stars from that game even with just 19 saves. Jyp isn't doing too great now...

Big night for Hostikka, shutout and 46 saves, that means a crap load of points in Liigapörssi . Too bad that I don't have him in any of my teams, I was thinking about getting him today but decided not to.

BTW, I just noticed that Joonas Komulainen is only 166cm tall! Is there a midget league?

Ville Uusitalo with 8 assists in 5 games and tied first in SM-liiga scoring.

And the tandem Raanta/Järvenpää continues to be solid.

And Armia continues to struggle? Why is he still without any goals?

He actually has been playing better and better by the game (like the whole team). Today he was playing kinda like last season and I'd be suprised if he doesn't start scoring soon.

Is Armia still sleeping?

There are many games where the starts are wrong way around. Myllykoski got one star and Volden three.

I was at Hartwall Areena yesterday watching the Jokerit - Saipa game.

I gotta say Jokerit's play during the first 2 period was horrible, and Tuohimaa letting in the goals really didn't help. But the third period was all Jokerit's game.

Huh, there's still some justice in the world.

Yes! I think this is going to be a huge year for Uusitalo. If Caldwell can get healthy soon, I think that Assat has two of the best d-men in the league.

To those worrying about Armia, I would just give it some time. He's registered a good amount of shots on goal and like Juzmo says, odds are he will start getting some goals soon. IMO he's going to be in the shadow of Zaborsky all year, who I think could very well lead the league in goals by the end of the year.

I don't know about the "two of the best d-men", but both are in the top-10 in the league IMO. The last 5 games have shown how important Caldwell is to the team, especially on the powerplay.

Agreed. There were factors that slowed his start and he is improving his game with the whole team as the games go by.

Does anyone know if there is a radio commentary for Jokerit's games?

No, there isn't. Unless some media students will try their hand at it again. Radio Merisää (YLE Puhe after the New Year) is your only radio source.

Tuohimaa wasn't at fault for the goals.

About Jokerit games, there is quite often radio of other team available.

No Blues games at all, and also no home games of HIFK, Ilves, KalPa and Tappara.
