Zaborsky has been great, but I doubt that he could reach 40.

Anyway, Juzmo can answer to you better than me, he's true Ässät expert.

40 goals isn't totally unreasonable (*knock on wood*) when you consider that Ässät's powerplay can improve a whole lot. And sure he has several empty netters, but it is likely that he will be scoring many of those during the rest of the season also. Anything is possible, but it will need a healthy Zaborsky and Dixon.

A fun fact: In the last 73 games Zaborsky has 6 PIM.

Another fun fact: In the last 36 reg.season games he has 31 goals.

Also first in scoring now, Dixon 5th and Smolenak 10th. Some quality foreigners for once.

Which game should I watch today? Blues isn't playing and I can't decide who is interesting.

Is John Klingberg back with Jokerit? Or is he still in Mestis?

He's playing in the third pair of Jokerit right now. I've heard that he's been doing better, but haven't seen him play myself.

What happened in the last minute of HIFK - Pelicans game? Two line brawls?

EDIT: Or more like what is happening.

Yeah a couple of small brawls and a total of 465 penaltyminutes given in that game.

Well, you don't get lots of PIM if you just fight your own teammates.

Yeah, but on the other hand he isn't leading the league in points. He's benefiting from a perfectly working line in which the players complete each other.

He actually was leading the league in scoring for a while and right now is 2nd, just a point behind Granlund. Of course, it wouldn´t be possible for him to have so many goals if his line didn´t play good, but I´m pretty sure it goes both ways and his line wouldn´t be as good without him. Also AFAIK he´s been having trouble with his elbow for a while now and is playing under pain medication.

Yeah he isn't a perfect player and with worse players or players that wouldn't click he would have less goals indeed. But he would still have his great skating power, good quick shot, pretty good hands, nose for the net and the hunger to try to score all the time. The combination of all of those things would still be pretty lethal in this league.

Zabo is now at 23+10=33 in 29 games.

Todays goal was all wheels, wheels, wheels. And a nice wrister.

How did he look yesterday?

Frans has not been great looking at stats and highlights. When is Kilpi back?

Zoltan had pretty easy first game so hard to judge/praise him more but imo he should get more ice time because Frans isn't solid enough. Kilpi might come back in the end of december...might...nobody knows...

Frans: roller coaster, one game great and another horrible.
Kilpi: ? ...is he going to recover and when? Jokerit loses too much atm
Zoltan: ? ...needs more ice time..

it seems that Jokerit budget is full atm cause it's weird Kekäläinen haven't done nothing to improve the team... quality dman and solid goalie would help them a lot
