Brytz and Anisimov stole that one. So damn funny when Avery n Gabby walked into the locker room n just smile at Anisimov.
I loved that. The Boston and Philly game was pretty heated so I look forward to seeing that.

Not a fan of Turris either, I don't doubt his skills but don't want to pay the price when it's just potential. As for Rundblad, I heard great things about his offensive game but I think he's been scratched a lot. Don't really watch too many Sens games though.
whenever anyone made a trade proposal with him included just about every sens fan said 'no way, rundblad is untouchable. kinda makes you wonder with getting traded AND a 2nd for turris..
Hey guys, didnt want to start its own thread, but figured id ask in here. Do the Islanders do used equipment sales at all? A couple years ago when Jurcina was with the Jackets, I got a couple of his Bauer Vapor x60's for use in my rec leagues and have grown accustomed to his blade (for any that have seen it, its rather unique being open on the toe end). Im down to one, so just thought i'd ask in case maybe they sold them online or something. Any info would be great...thanks!
I'm probably going to get slammed for this put I want the Isles to claim Gillies and slot him into the 4th line and send Wallace down. I thought he looked very good when the Isles played Minny and even though he has trouble putting it together I think he can be a very solid contributer on the bottom six.
OTTAWA — According to a report, Pittsburgh center Sidney Crosby is dealing with a neck injury, believed to be abnormalities with his C1 and C2 vertebrae. Crosby's agent, Pat Brisson, confirmed the injury to several media outlets.
"The good news is he's safe," Brisson told ESPN.com. "It's treatable, which is positive."
The Sportsnet report, citing Sportsnet radio host Bob McNown as the source, said that Crosby saw an unidentified specialist in Utah, who diagnosed the injury through the use of magnetic resonance imaging.
Elliotte Friedman of CBC also reported the injury, mentioning it on the network's pre-game show and quoting Brisson in a tweet.
"Sid did suffer a concussion, but last week, the possibility of two fractured vertebrae (C1 and C2) was discovered," Friedman said on Twitter. "A third doctor is being consulted to determine the exact diagnosis."

Holy cow 10 Minutes, that's significant. Did they miss this the first go around?
It also makes me angry that people still fear eliminating head shots. The best player in the league is down for a season and a half. How many more joined him regularly? And this is good for the sport how?

How do you miss a broken neck in beyond me. Read this too:
Serious questions remain on how this was missed. Wonder if his time out could have been reduced had they caught everything that was wrong with him from the get go.
just watched the bruins/habs game, pretty sweet game if you ask me
kinda pissy MTL got a point after being down 3-1 but it was a fun game to watch.
I know there's a lot of Seguin love these days, but sometimes he reminds me of Dimitri Afinogenov - all flash and zero brain.
Watching the Leafs-Oilers now, Hall looks great but the Oilers are a complete mess on defense. Leafs playing well. Both teams FLYING out there - that EDM ice must be fantastic.
I am sorry but there is nobody who can tell me that the NHL does not have a bias in favor of Toronto. Again, tonight, so far not a single penalty called against them. 4-0 PP ratio for Toronto over Edmonton. I would love to see a stat of how many times a team has not been penalized even once in a game. As we well know, Toronto certainly has two already at least.
