I like:

Anisimov - Richards - Gaborik
Dubinsky - Stepan - Callahan
Wolski - Boyle - Thomas
Prust - Rupp - Bourque

Staal - Girardi
McDonagh - Sauer
MDZ-Erixon

and it doesn't cost us anything.

Don't see how Vermette adds anything more than Wolski does. Vermette's been inconsistent with his production too so I'd rather hold the assets(not that they aren't movable for the right player)...if we had the cap room i'd totally be for adding Vermette while keeping Wolski...maybe Avery/EC/Vtank? I dunno how the cap numbers add up I know Avery's goes up to 4, dunno where Vermette is at.

Every time I see the words "trade proposal" I read it "trade prospal". lol.

I think we should just go with what we have rather than start to pick away at a good thing. I'm really excited for the roster as is.

Wolski for Vermette would be lateral at best. Add in two more pieces? Bad trade.

Overpayment. And I also think that the mob is gathering up on Wolski a bit too much. Let's see how he does the first half of the season and if he's still inconsistent as hell, then we could look at trading him.

The locker room attitude is from what I heard, something special on this team, where everyone is pushing each other to be better. Let's hope it rubs off on Wolski, and listening to some of the interviews with him, he knows his consistency is an issue and he's working on it.

The problem with Vermette is that his contract has 4 years left on it. Wolski only has 1. We can't afford to add money to next year's cap until we know what the cap will be and how it will be affected by the next CBA.

Don't expect any deals to be made this season unless the player we are obtaining is on an expiring contract.

I like Vermette. Always have. It's a bit of an overpayment, though.

If anyone is moved off center it should be Boyle, not Anisimov.

Agree 100%. Anisimov is doing just fine at C. And I really want to see Boyle at LW.
