The Saints are making this game look like a college game between LSU and Stony Brook...

take Rice out of the game and Flacco's downright worthless

Haha. Yeah Flacco was bad. Funny how this comes after Suggs went on first take bashing Sanchez and saying how Flacco was much better.

The only Jets players I really here the outside media talk
about is Revis and Sanchez. Most of the Sanchez stuff is negative and then Rex most likely takes up 75% of the headlines about the Jets.

In what position?

I'd be all for it, but I don't see them just dumping Fewell just like that. But who knows.

Assistant Head Coach of Defensive Coordinator. Been very disappointed with Fewell.

If Fewell does get fired, that will be the 5th defensive coaching change during Coughlin's tenure. Speaks volumes to how well Coughlin and the Giants front office hires assistant coaches.

A tad misleading. Spags left because he got a Head Coaching postion.

Redskins need a WR with Santana sidelined. And Dan Snyder loves big names.

Yup, practice squad. Also some WR named Jamarko Simmons from the Arena League.

While I agree I see almost no chance of it happening unless Coughlin resigns. Coughlin has such a hard time firing assistants I just can't see Fewell getting fired.

I do think there is a chance Coughlin resigns. Would they bring back Spags as the new HC? I wouldn't be surprised. I don't think you can blame too much of the StL mess on him. That team has so little talent it's ridiculous.

Coughlin, I believe, will be in lame duck status again after this season after only taking a 1yr extension before this season. I really think hes getting close to retirement.

This is my one huge issue with Coughlin: his inability to get rid of assistant coaches and coordinators that need to go. Quinn and Gilbride should have been gone a long time ago. Quinn has consistently had us near the bottom of the league in special teams since he got here, and Gilbride, while having decent yards per game stats, consistently tries to get cute with playcalling and kills drives, costing us points. As for Fewell, I actually think he is doing a decent job with what he has to work with. When he has had a healthy squad in the past, the D has actually been quite good.

No interest in Spags as head coach.

Huge game for the Jets this week. If they lose, I do not see them making the playoffs.

But if Fewell gets fired that will be 3 bum defensive coordinators- throw in Hufnagel on the offensive side of the ball and that's 4 in total. That doesn't make you wonder?
