McI overall impressed me and Miller was exciting, especially looked good as the game went on. Nobody else was particularly impressive. Talbot had some big saves. Arti looks good for sure, hopefully he's going to be hungry and have a big year. Other guys had their moments but none of them overall showed me much. Eminger I said was dogging it earlier looked terrible for stretches and I'm not sure what he or Weise was doing on that OT goal.
This is a board where more than half the fan base absolutely loathes a guy who matches that exact description and scored 42 goals two years ago.

That shouldn't be surprising.

I stand by my comment. Still one of the creepiest things I've ever read on here.

You need Adobe Flash installed, which the iPad doesn't support. Buy a PC. =p

EC lost a lot of faceoffs tonight. Avery played a scrappy game, but not sure its enough to earn him a spot.

My take on the game at http://hfrangersblog.com/2011/09/21/...on-game-in-ot/

Nevermind.
never too early to practice lol.

I think our D actually played fairly well tonight. Kovalchuk, Parise, and Elias are no joke. I think there's quite a bit of positives we can take out of this game, as well as a bunch of things we can work on.

I think everyone is overlooking Bell. I thought he played pretty solidly and created a few chances. Seems to have a fairly good shot from the point as well.

What's the deal with Hakan Loob? Kinda random, but interesting nonetheless.

He played ok. I have a feeling the more he'll play on the point, the more he'll be exposed. Wouldn't be the worst thing for him to play some time on the bottom-pairing, if need be.

Lol..yeah, very true. The D definitely looked good, with Big Mac being the obvious positive there. Miller looked pretty good as well. All kidding aside, I didn't expect to win this game. I'd like to win on Friday though..hoping there will be more NHL players on the roster that night.

I'm am just very high on this kid. Loved the pick when it was made, and he looks like he could move very quickly through the system. He's just so physically strong at his age. He out-muscled a fairly big player in Bernier off the puck.

Also, while I was not a fan of the pick, you can see what Clark and Gorton saw in McIlrath. He's not a plodder as a skater, and he's got pretty good hands. I think he's definitely a project, but, you can see the potential upside.

I got 2 tickets in section 10 for $30.00 a piece.

#EveryoneisWinning

Avery played like he wanted to earn a spot.

Christensen played like he wanted to earn a spot... in Hartford.
