We've only watched one episode of that so far - gotta get back into it. Thanks for the reminder.

Dexter is going too, isn't it?

You know it's going to be a bad day at work when you have a die or exit command in a PHP script and APC decides it doesn't need to honor them and continue executing the rest of your script.

You thought your php process was dead? Nope.

So, this lady friend of mine that I talked about last week actually wasn't giving me the 'take it slow' blow off. We've been talking for a bit now, and hung out a bit, which has been cool.

There was an inside joke about something bear related, so I decide to order one of those FTD bears and send it to her work. I specifically avoided all the lovie-dovey ones, since it's only been a couple weeks. No way this can go wrong, right?

FTD sent her a straight up 'I LOVE YOU' bear.

Thankfully she is cool as heck and is laughing hysterically now that she knows that's not the one I sent, but holy CRAP am I mad.

Much like this thread, it too refused to die.

I'm shocked this is still chugging along.

Been without power since Saturday early evening. Still no power. I just showered at my wife's work. This is beyond ridiculous. Really getting on my nerves. Few things more frustrating than going to be at 8:30 and being able to see my breath in my bedroom.

holy crap, that's hilarious. if you two end up being a couple, that's a story for the books.

clock took me to a hibachi restaurant on our first date. we were sitting next to a friendly family and we told them it was our first date. the dad said "well, when you two get married, remember we were with you on your first date". i thought it was hilarious at the time, but hey...he was right.

You've gotta be kidding me with this. Down to less than twenty posts and no movement?

My god.

I'm assuming no one wants to own the next thread after the last few have been ridiculed over the shelf life of their existance...

Here's a good topic, although it's probably been covered before...

Cake or Pie?

I like pie (apple and pumpkin especially, separately...).

In before the anarchy.

Beechsack, sounds like BGM / ioaps could use that I love you bear about now.

In general, I prefer pie. If it's cake, must have cream cheese frosting or else the smallest amount of sugar-based frosting. Not a fan of abundant, sickly- sweet frosting.

Just had childish recollection of revenge if the nerds with the Japanese guy, Polaroid camera, and the" ---- pie? Thank You!!!" scene...

Cake, and sorry about your misfortunes, BGM.

There, now we're in the 90s.

Cake > pie > icky cake > icky pie.

I'm totally gonna miss out on this since my wife is sending me outside right now.

My grandma makes a really good apple pie. She's going to make one for us this Thanksgiving. How about that?

I know you people are just teasing me, waiting to sweep down and steal this like the last breadcrumb on Valentine's Day.
