Who are the best 17 or 18 yr old prospects in TX?

I moved from MA to the Dallas area a couple of years ago. I've started checking out the Tier I Major Midget and Juniors scene. Does anyone have an opinion on who the top 3-5 17 or 18 yr old players are in Texas?

There is one kid - 16 year old - probably the top prospect in the country that is from Dallas. He is playing on the USA Junior Team - He is the son of former Dallas Maverick Popeye Jones.. Seth Jones. - He could become a first round draft pick next year. Might even be the first overall draft pick.
