That pretty much sums it up. Maybe our talent pool stinks with the exception of Gallagher. The rest can go fly a kite. Even a lot of the vets aren't playing up to par.

Chara laughing after the goal says it all. This isn't our night.

I know pre-season means nothing and we do have poor line-ups but it's always sad seeing your team lose... no matter what.
I want the season to start already so we can see REAL games.

Do you guys think Yemelin will be in our top 6?
If not, it's safe to assume he will be off to the KHL.

Our 3 most solid D aren't playing tonight: Markov, Gorges and Subban.

Anyone know what happened to Mcfadden? I was looking forward to seeing him in a game. In the first, RDS listed 15 defencemen at camp and he wasn't even mentioned. Was he even at the big camp?

It's pre-season for everyone else too. Of course the games don't count for anything, so it's not "a big deal", but I am a little unimpressed with the majority of our prospects outside of Beaulieu and Gallagher. We are absolutely terrible defensively right now, I'm beginning to think letting Hamrlik walk has the potential to break our season....

And Spacek is having a good camp so far, has experience on his side..
Gill keeps sucking.. I rather have Henry over him...

Honestly can't wait for the cuts and see Eller, Desharnais, Subban to come back healthy and play a full lineup...

Weber's not ahead of him at this point, I know that much. And since Markov probably won't be back in time, I think he'll get a spot. He's been really good defensively. I think Martin probably talked to him and told him he needs to show in camp that he can play responsible hockey, and that's why he hasn't been making the big hits people want to see.
