Regular Season Pool setup

What type of format do you guys use in your regular season pools?

I organized a playoff pool last year for work people & friends. I did a simple format of picking players from the East & West then some from either conference.

I would like to change it up a bit for the regular season though. I'm thinking of going to the pick'em style with tiers (several players in a box & you have to pick one). Not sure if this is the best way to go.

Are there any free templates out there or player boxes already made up? I wouldn't mind a rookie & enforcer box as well.
