So complete silence as far as Glennie goes? It went from he would be ready by the weekend to absolutely nothing.

The last update from Mark was 8 days ago.
Doesn't even sound like he's skating, surely Mark or Heika would've said something if he was.
But yet, still up with the team. Holding out for a Saturday's game maybe?

they probably just cant send him down when he is hurt. Did they even mention what the nature of the injury was?

You've got to think there's an imposed organizational cone of silence around this. It's clearly the biggest news story out of camp, yet we've heard nothing.

Asked Mark about it on da twitter.
He said he forgot about him. Hasn't seen him for a couple days and hasn't been skating.

Mark updates us about the injuries:
http://espn.go.com/blog/dallas/stars...einjury-update
Morrow's good to go but will sit tomorrow anyways to avoid risk.
Benn's close to recover and would play if it was regular season, but is sitting tomorrow to ensure 100% next week.
Burish is a bit further behind than Benn with his groin injury, but Gulu expects him to be ready for the opener in 7 days.

What on earth is it with Burish continuing to be hurt? I thought he was over everything?

Monday's practice lines according to Mark, also Burish is still out.
Morrow-Ribeiro-Ryder
Eriksson-Benn-Vincour
Ott-Fiddler-Dvorak
Dowell-Wandell-Petersen
Barch
Goligoski-Pardy
Souray- Robidas
Grossman-Daley
Fistric-Larsen
I really like the defense pairs and Ott not in the top six.

Grossman (lower) and Pardy (upper) out for the Chicago games. Burish did not practice today either.

Burish downgraded from questionable to "unlikely".

Burish probable for Saturday's game. Pardy shooting for Monday's game vs Phoenix. Grossman shooting for Thursday's game vs St. Louis.

Hopefully Pardy is ready for Monday night, I really think it will do wonders for the Stars defensive zone coverage to not have two small guys like Goligoski and Robidas play all the tough minutes togather.

Great news! Team is getting close to being fully healthy. All we need now is Pardy and were set.

The Dallas Stars announced today that the club has activated forward Scott Glennie from Injured Reserve and assigned him to the Texas Stars.
I Hope he can play many games in the AHL.
