There was a thread in the NHL Talk section a few weeks ago, I said the MTS Center had to get that...didn't think they actually would!
But the real question is....magnets how do they work??
I watched the video and was curious to know how in the hell....
Apparently, the cups have the holes cut in them, and then a flat, weighted disc at the bottom. You pop the cup onto the spout which in turn dislodges the disc from the cup, it fills it with beer, and when you lift the cup the disc falls to the bottom blocking the hole.
Reminds me of my stats... from novice hockey. Apparently my friend and I both scored 8 goals in a single game once and made the small town paper haha. Good times. I need to find that newspaper clipping now.
I made the paper when I was 8. I scored 2 goals in the last 20 seconds of the 3rd to win the game. Don't ask me why anyone was there covering the game. It was also the only year I played organized ice hockey as a skater. I switched to goal the next year.
