Well, those were two uninspired fights to watch.

None of the fights have been worth a sniff so far.

Well, the good news for the fighters is that all of the bonuses are probably still up for grabs.

Guillard - KO of the night
Aldo - sub of the night
Edgar/Maynard - FOTN

That was not in any way shape or form an upset. I was fully expecting Lauzon to win

Wow, yeah. Guillard's one of my favorites, but good job by Lauzon. Looked good.

Lauzon/Pettis would probably line up nicely in a few months.

I picked Guillard to win but I like Lauzon more so I'm glad he won. That was awesome.

It was absolutely an upset. I think Lauzon had the worst (or best?) odds on the whole card.

Meh. Vegas odds. Lauzon is criminally underrated. Anyone who had him as a severe underdog was either buying into the UFC pr campaign MG hype train, or doesn't watch him enough to know how damn good he is.

I actually disagree completely. He was a very deserving underdog. He was 2-2 in his last 4 fights, beating two guys who are barely UFC calibre. Guillard was considered one of the next potential contenders and had looked great lately, and Lauzon got run over in his other past two fights against guys who were considered potential contenders in Sotiropoulus and Florian.

Lauzon had never been able to take the next step, but he did tonight. Good for him.

This reminds me of the first fight... Phan better ko him because the judges like to score Garcia on missed and blocked punches. I.e. Virtually everything he throws.
