The comments put for us are a bit more uplifting, though.

A bit generous, but fair.

Normally ESPN sucks and are completely off base, but that's exactly where I see them finishing up.

Going to EPSN for hockey information is like going to Karen Carpenter for diet advice.

It's nice to be getting some respect in the press. This marks another milestone in the rebuild.

First off, the comments don't match with Islanders ranking. Maybe switch places of the Panthers and Islanders ?

Secondly, Tampa should be a spot in front of the Rangers. not behind. Rangers have a talented team this year, but throwing the likes of Stamkos and St.Louis/Vinny under the bus in favor of Gabby and Richards? No way! Lundqvist is Vezina worthy though, that is a fact!

Thirdly, they upper-cutted the Devils right there, that was pretty harsh in my opinion. I'm praying that the Devils just had an off-season and it doesn't happen again.

I'm sure we can be sitting here all day long picking apart NHL rankings from such an abysmal sports network like ESPN.

Every time I listen to their radio talk shows or watch their daily programs, I walk away disgusted. They are truly unprofessional and make a complete mockery of themselves on a near daily basis. I've literally never seen a bunch of alleged "broadcasters" go after athletes like the wahoos they hire over at ESPN. Most of the times, their diatribes aren't even warranted in the first place.

Much to do about nothing. It's power rankings and from ESPN, no less!
