No he won't be a top 6 player in no time. Tons of players make Team Canada and do very well but never end up in the NHL.

If Stone ever becomes a top 6 NHL forward, it will be huge. Having 2 power forwards (Stone and Zabinejad) would give our top-6 a dimension it's never had.

I've been conditioned to believe that Stone will end up as a very good 3rd liner. I hope he does better.

After 13 games, the Wheat Kings have a total of 54 GF. Mark Stone has 28 pts. Dude is involved in over *half* his team's scoring. I doubt he'll keep that up all season, but, seriously, that's awesome stuff. (and he's +13...)

With the glut of new talent again next year, I suspect he will get a longer look to make the squad. he's really going to push some guys like Butler under a spotlight.

Yes he can be a worse skater than any of those guys and that's exactly why I have no expectations for this kid helping the Sens in the future.

Nick Kypreos once scored 62 goals in a season for the North Bay Centennials. Big strong guys can often manhandle weaker Junior players and post impressive stats. Many of these guys wind up selling cars at the local Chevy dealership.

If only Kypreos was a car salesman instead of on Sportsnet, maybe today wouldn't suck so much!

Daugavins quite clearly stated Clouston was horrible with the kids joining the team the other day after his promotion to the big club.
