I understand the lines are going to be changed up a little. It's also the return of Blake Comeau, let's see if the Islanders can defend against his signature move, of driving hard along the boards with the puck, then circling back towards the blue line, then throwing the puck into the opposite corner

I think Comeau sucks, but you just know he is going to have a great game. It is his former team that just dumped him (deservedly so). I see him playing a very strong game.
Is there any chance that Comeau doesnt score at least 4 goals tonight?
Not at all. Comeau is a sure bet. Anyone else on the flames overdue for a goal? He just needs to throw one at the net. It will find a way in. it always does.
That was one of Weird Al's funniest videos. A good choice. I will be watching the game tonight because I am a glutton for punishment like most other Islander fans. Prediction: The Isles will get a point out of this one.

Sad but true! I hope you're right about earning at least a point.
Nino is on the ****ing 4th line again. I hate Jack.
What has Nino done to deserve anything better than the 4th line? They tried him out for a couple games on the 3rd line and he didn't do "jack".
Personally, Nino looks worse out there now than he did at the beginning of the season. He's not making as many smart/safe plays in his own zone and his forecheck looks hesitant. He just doesn't seem to be in the right place at the right time.
Either Wallace or Martin will provide similar energy to Ullstrom. Hopefully if Grabner and Bails are playing with him they will find a little chemistry. Grabner needs to bury the puck though. He could be the leading goal scorer on this team if he knew how to finish.
Sadly enough, this is probably a good enough justification for the Isles management. They just expect Nino to break out all of a sudden. He looks totally lost out there. They made a mistake keeping him here and now it looks like they're just going to let him rot on the 4th line. Playing him with Grabner and Bailey sounded pretty good to me.
Are these the OFFICIAL lines Bjay, or are these your PROJECTED lines?
I hope they're official. I'd actually be excited about watching tonight's game if they are. Not that I expect them to have instant chemistry after 1 practice, but a glimmer of hope and rejuvenated energy from this team would be a welcome sight.
I'd like to see what KO & JT can do if they play a whole game together. We've seen a few nice plays this season when they were out on the ice together.
I think the 2nd line should be the 3rd line and vice versa, except keep PA on #2 and Martin on #3.
At this point in our season do we care enough to boo Comeau?
Oh, and Ill be at the game tonight, only my 2nd game this season since the season opener.
Why would you boo a player who, for all you know, loves the team and the city and basically got waived because hockey is a business and he wasn't performing as well as he wanted to be, especially on an underachieving team?
He didn't demand a trade. He didn't demand to be waived. The kid got a new chance when there could have been nobody to pick him up.
Anyways...
I predict a 4-1 win for the Flames.
Iginla will be setting it up. Setting up the play.
He'll do everything, setting up the play.
The Islanders will have no idea, being

Those are the lines per this morning's Newsday. I think the 4th line might be better then the 2nd line.
great gdt, again Law....you're stepping up your game, hopefully the team can follow.
I've seen trying all year to set aside the sham that Wang/Snow have put on this team and support the players....I'll keep trying, despite how overmatched they are most nights!
Now, back to game day....the Isles can beat the Flames if they play with emotion and energy.
I'm looking forward to the new lines, just because it'll hopefully spark some chemistry.
