My call is that the short guy goes before 20, and that Murray trades down instead of up. Put it on the board.

Any likelihood of us moving into the top10?

Maybe that's even too much, Bob's assest for moving up isn't quite as good as other teams... for example I could see Toronto moving up.

Tambellini has said he's gotten a lot of interest in the 19th pick, plenty of teams wanting to move up.

I'm guessing we're one of the teams in contact.

I suspect we'd only move up if we see the player that we want still on the board at 19.

If not, I think we'll take the BPA at 22.

And I think likewise for moving in the top 10. If we find good trading partners, I could see something like:

top10 pick

for

22nd
mitera
+

10 min!

...and it looks like Brian Campbell might end up in Columbus.

Minnesota might trade down. Hope we jump in on it. Don't we have an extra third?

The rumor is Ryan Smyth for Gilbert Brule. That would be good for Edmonton.

I really hope we move up. I think our first and one of our thirds would do.

Actually I think the Ducks are better off keeping Mitera. Logan MacMillan got us Jason Jaffray and Mitera shouldn't be worth much more... So we might as well keep him around. In worst case he's going to play an important role with Syracuse.

Surprised that they never mention Boogie...especially in Minny when they are doing condolences. I know he died of a OD but come on NHL.

RNH goes first. Colorado up: I predict Landeskog.
