I remember in NHL 11 something similar happened to me. Not exactly the same but I was facing a guy from work who is pretty damn good at versus. I make it to OT, I get a PS and I'm Vinny from TBL, skating down, I go into the slot, do a little deke, have him down and shoot...Out of nowhere the puck bounces off an imaginary object and into the crowd. Basically, my shot got blocked by an imaginary ghost in a PS.
I've enjoyed playing online, but I notice that there's a short delay when I press the button and the actions occur. It's quite frustrating that I do press a button for a shot/pass, but it doesn't happen because it's delayed, and I lost the puck (or be hit).
Moreover, when I play offline, most of the passes are quite precise whereas my passes seem off when playing online. Passes sometimes go to few feet from a player that I want to pass to.
Why the passes are much more precise in offline mode than online ?
