It would've been pretty weird if he would've said anything else, no? I'm glad he made those comments but it really doesn't mean a thing IMO.

What's the saying in english, "actions speak louder then words"? Sign a freaking extension, that would be the perfect sign of loyalty right there.

I really think him not signing an extension in the off season had less to do with his demands and more to do with the financial situation the team was/is in. Hopefully they can get things figured out and able to give Zach his long term extension.
