I've Got a Good Feeling About This Year Boys

I usually approach each new Habs season with very cautious optimisim, but I must say, this year is different.

I LOVE the core of this team. I have a strong feeling that this is going to be a great year.

Thats all I will say. Happy opening day everybody!

GO HABS GO

I have a great feeling too. As long as we have little to no injuries (or no significant ones), we'll be great. As much as I want Markov (and Eller) back RIGHT NOW, it's just being stupidly impatient. It'll be a marathon and they'll be there for it. Hopefully the boys can put on a show tonight, for the Jets first game, the home opener and the Avs game (cuz I'm going to it). I can accept a loss after that fourth win. I don't think most people have seen Diaz in the pre-season so it'll be interesting to see him out there tonight. Just remember one thing, if CP31 let's in an early goal...just chill...

Here's to a great year - Go Habs Go!

I had a good feeling the year Zednik got smoked, and last year until Pacioretty got smoked off the face of the earth. Question is which player are the Bruins going to cheap shot this year in order to stop us from being as good as we can be

I'm worried about the fact that we have to play 6 regular season games against a team that basically cheap shots their way to a cup

Agreed I'm just scared cause 10 games total against Boston and Philadelphia. Odds Markov and another solid player on our team don't get injured during those 10 games is slim. I'm hoping it will be somebody less important rather than the targeting of our best Bruins killers like it's been with Zednik and now Pacioretty.

I wanna see both Markov and Subban in the lineup. That's the ace up our sleeve, especially if they are seperated at ES. Scoring chances go up, and opposing scoring chances go down for a significant part of the game.

Habs will be very hard to beat with a healthy lineup.

It isn't a negative Nancy attitude, every time our team looks good we get cheaped. What's going to change this year? We have a tough division for cheap shots and having Philly in our conference adds to it.

At least McLaren got suspended at the time.
