I think i need to take a trip up to Bridgeport soon. Those games have to be more exciting than Islanders games.

Rakh has 93 pts in 96 career AHL games....he's been the most productive AHL player the NYI have had in a long long time.
I'd like to see him get 5-10 more games to finish the season. He's earned it.
I'd play him with offensive players. If this team loses Parenteau, it would be nice to see how these guys might fit (or not) next year.

It would be really nice to see these guys go on a deep playoff run. Start proving that these kids are developing rapidly. The scary part is that this team has potential to get much much better over the next couple of years.

I actually think it's 20-2-2. And that's after going 2-10-2 prior to New Years. It's like they just flipped a switch...it's really remarkable.

I believe they finally understood what Thompson wanted to do as a coach for this team to compete. They keep things pretty simple, forecheck hard, drive the net constantly and get the puck out of the zone, quickly into transition.
They do many other things pretty well also, like outwork there opponents very often and get under teams skin. They also have gotten some OK (
) goaltending.

Always liked Haley ever since his stint with the Isles last year. I would much rather have him playing than Pandolfo or Reasoner thats for sure

Don't worry he is a free agent this off season and will probably get a contract with another team and then we'll get our wish of seeing him play in the NHL.....

Haley has played on all four lines this season depending on who has been called up, injured or whatever. He has also played on the first PK unit as well as the second PP unit as well.

The Soundtigers are a good AHL team, but the Islanders worst players would be the sound tigers best players.

He will play for Canada at the WHC. Hopefully they send Bailey and Nino down though.

Wouldn't Bailey be subject to waivers due to games played?
